Orange County Legislative Delegation Meeting - 10/19/2009

2/7/2010 - Last October, we asked you for your input as we were planning our presentation to the Orange County Legislative Delegation meeting.  Hopefully, those responses were represented adequately.  The  presentation was distributed to all the members of the delegation.  You may read it by clicking here.  Since that time, Senator Lee Constantine has spoken of his intent to introduce a new version of last year’s Senate Bill 274, the Springs Protection bill.  No detail is available on the proposed content, and the Senator has been engaging various groups and constituents in the area.  Also the Senator has filed a new bill, SB776 which proposes to make changes to the Wekiva Parkway and Protection Act.  Again, no content detail is available.  We will keep you posted as more information becomes available.
